Vijaya Nimma, MD, FAAP, BCMAS, is a highly experienced pediatrician currently serving as Associate Pediatrician at Neighborhood Health Services Corporation since September 2015 and as Chief Pediatrician at Bright Horizons Pediatrics since August 2012. Previous roles include Associate Pediatrician at OHI - Ocean Health Initiatives, Inc., and Newark Community Health Centers, Inc., as well as Pediatric Hospitalist at JFK Health and Clara Maass Medical Center, where responsibilities included overseeing care in various pediatric units and supervising medical students. Dr. Nimma completed a Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery degree at Gandhi Medical College, and holds an earlier Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Health Sciences.
