Jason Rondeau, MSHRD, SHRM-CP has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Jason started their career in 2003 as a General Manager at Ruth's Chris Steak House, where they were responsible for daily operations and successfully increased sales. Jason then worked as an Assistant General Manager at The Palm Restaurant, where they opened and acted as General Manager at Palm Tribeca. At Bar Americain, they served as the Service Director and was responsible for daily operations and budgeted sales. Later, they worked at STARR Restaurants as a Project Manager/General Manager, overseeing new restaurant development and ensuring compliance with company standards.

In 2016, Jason joined Fabio Trabocchi Restaurants as the Director of Operations, overseeing five luxury restaurants with annual sales exceeding $45 million and a large staff. Jason managed the executive team and coordinated efforts in various areas such as wine, beverage, and guest relations.

Following their role at Fabio Trabocchi Restaurants, they became the National Director of Operations at Richard Sandoval Hospitality, where they provided leadership in operations. After that, they served as the Director of Operations at The Schlow Restaurant Group, followed by a position as the Director of Operations and Human Resources at Rose's Restaurant Group.

Currently, Jason is the Vice President of Operations at Neighborhood Restaurant Group, where they are responsible for overseeing operations.

Jason Rondeau has a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Villanova University. Jason also holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree from Valdosta State University. No specific start or end years have been provided for either degree.
