Eric Hankins

Eric Hankins has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies in the franchising and operations sector. Eric is currently the Director of Hub Operations at Neighborly since 2024. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Systems Neighborly Hub from 2022 to 2024. Before joining Neighborly, Eric was with Mr. Rooter Plumbing, where they held the position of Director of Systems from 2019 to 2022 and previously served as a Franchise Consultant from 2016 to 2019. Eric started their career at The UPS Store as an Industrial Engineering Supervisor from 2008 to 2009 and later became a Franchise Consultant from 2009 to 2016. Prior to The UPS Store, Eric worked at Mail Boxes Etc., Inc. as an Operations Consultant from 2003 to 2008 and held the role of Operations Manager, Corporate Accounts from 2001 to 2003. In their various roles, they contributed to process improvement, technology development, and integration of corporate accounts into franchise networks.

Eric Hankins received a diploma in General Studies from Escondido High School in 1992. Eric later obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix in 2012.
