Katie Backovski

Katie Backovski has a diverse work experience in the field of SEO and marketing. Katie is currently working as a Sr. SEO Specialist at Neighborly®, starting in December 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Sr. SEO Specialist at Ferocious Media from April 2021 to August 2022.

From August 2019 to April 2021, Katie worked at OuterBox, Inc. Here, they held the position of SEO Strategist, where they developed monthly strategies to improve organic traffic and visibility for clients. Katie also took on the role of Senior SEO Specialist during March 2019 to August 2019.

Before OuterBox, Inc., Katie was employed at Postali LLC from January 2016 to March 2019, first as an SEO Specialist and then as a Content Developer from August 2015 to December 2015. In their role as an SEO Specialist, they focused on building authority and increasing search engine visibility through various strategies.

Katie's career in marketing began at The Wonder Jam in October 2014, where they started as a Marketing Intern but quickly transitioned to a part-time role as a copywriter and project manager. Katie handled various responsibilities, including writing and critiquing copy, managing social media, and building media lists for outreach purposes. This internship provided their with valuable skills and experiences.

Katie Backovski obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Strategic Communication major with a Marketing minor from Miami University. In 2023, they also obtained certifications in Botify from Botify and Bruce Clay SEO Course from Bruce Clay, Inc. It is not known if they obtained any certification in Google Analytics.
