Marissa Davenport, PHR, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Marissa started their career in 2009 as the Director of Operations at Brazos Integrative Medicine. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Market Analyst at Providence Healthcare Network. Following that, they served as an Account Executive at Jordan Health Services for a short period. In 2014, they joined Premier ER Plus as a Project/HR Manager, where they were responsible for managing special projects and serving as the HR Manager. In 2016, they transitioned to the real estate industry as a Real Estate Agent at Weichert, Realtors-The Doug Eastland Group. That same year, they joined Neighborly® as a Talent Advisor, utilizing their recruitment expertise to ensure the organization hires applicants who align with its values. Marissa progressively moved up within the company, serving as a Talent Manager and Director of Talent Acquisition before assuming their current role as the Director of People Operations.

Marissa earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Baylor University, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. In 2004 and 2005, they attended McLennan Community College, focusing on General Studies. Marissa later pursued a Master's of Science degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Texas at Tyler, completing their studies in 2014.
In addition to their academic achievements, Marissa has obtained multiple certifications to enhance their professional skills and credentials. Marissa completed the Recruiting Leadership Lab at Recruiting Toolbox, Inc. in April 2022.
