Julius R Sims II, MAEd has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years in the banking industry. Julius most recently served as the Vice President of Remote Services at Neighbors Credit Union, starting in September 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Regional Operations Manager at 1st MidAmerica Credit Union from January 2022 to September 2023.
Julius also held various roles at Neighbors Credit Union, including Market Manager from October 2021 to January 2022, Branch Manager from February 2020 to October 2021, and Assistant Branch Manager from August 2019 to February 2020.
Before joining Neighbors Credit Union, Julius worked as a Loan Servicing Representative at Axos Bank from February 2018 to April 2019. Julius also served as a Sr. Personal Financial Assistant at InTouch Credit Union from December 2016 to December 2017.
Earlier in their career, Julius worked at First Bank as a Client Service Supervisor from May 2015 to October 2015, and at PNC as a Universal Branch Consultant from January 2013 to May 2015. Julius started their banking career at U.S. Bank as a Personal Banker, Research & Adjustments from January 2008 to November 2011.
Julius R Sims II, MAEd completed their Master of Arts in Adult Education and Training at the University of Phoenix from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix between 2017 and 2020. Julius also earned an Associate of Arts degree in Accounting Fundamentals from the University of Phoenix from 2017 to 2019. In 2003, they attended Southeast Missouri State University, but no specific degree or field of study is provided for that period.
