Karla Brand

Karla Brand has extensive experience in human resources, starting their career in 2003 at Sysco as a Sr. Human Resources Manager. Karla then worked at Genuine Parts Company as a Human Resources Business Partner from 2007 to 2015. From 2015 to 2019, they served as the Global Director of Human Resources at Sunlight Supply CRI. Inc. Following that, they took on the role of Director of Human Resources at CMI. Inc from 2019 to 2023. Currently, they are the Chief Human Resources Officer at The Neil Jones Food Company.

From 1991 to 1994, Karla Brand attended the University of Honduras, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree. Their field of study was International Business Administration and Management, with a focus on Human Resources.
