Nilesh Salvi

Nilesh Salvi is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resource management, currently serving as Senior Manager - Human Resource at Neilsoft since September 2022. Prior to this role, Nilesh held the position of Manager - Human Relationship at Tech Mahindra from February 2010 to September 2022, where responsibilities included serving as HRBP for a global workforce of over 4,000 employees and fostering leadership capabilities.
