Leslea Scott

Leslea Scott has extensive work experience in the field of HR and talent acquisition. Currently, they are working as the Director of Recruiting, Utilities Segment at Primoris Services Corporation, where they are responsible for developing and executing the talent acquisition strategy for the largest segment of the company. In their previous role as a Senior TA Business Partner at Witt O'Brien's, they provided advisory services for leadership and operational roles. Leslea also served as the Manager, Talent Acquisition at Shawcor, where they led the recruiting function for the Pipeline Performance division. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Talent Manager at FlexTek Resources, where they identified high-potential candidates and coached a team of talent professionals. Leslea also gained experience as the Manager, HR, Talent Acquisition & Strategy at Capital Staffing Group and as a Senior Talent Advisor at Waste Management. Leslea began their career at Cosentino, where they held several roles including Talent Acquisition Manager, HR Manager, Senior Recruiter, and Corporate Recruiter. Leslea holds an MBA, MS, PHR, and SHRM-CP.

Leslea Scott's education history includes a Juris Master (J.M.) degree in Compliance Law from Liberty University School of Law. Leslea also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Organizational Leadership from Post University, as well as a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Project Management from Post University. In addition, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Healthcare Management from Liberty University, and an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, also from Liberty University.
