Ali Mize

Ali Mize currently serves as the Senior Director of ESG, Belonging, Philanthropy, & Associate Relations at Neiman Marcus Group, a position held since February 2021, where responsibilities include leading the company's ESG program and driving sustainability and corporate philanthropy initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as ESG Manager and Sustainable Sourcing Manager at JCPenney, where Ali developed sustainability strategies and strengthened ESG reporting, and Director of Social Responsibility for the Kentucky Distillers' Association, overseeing corporate responsibility efforts and establishing industry best practices. Ali's earlier roles include Senior Sustainability Advisor at Yum! Brands, ESG Analyst at Breckinridge Capital Advisors, and Sustainability Analyst at Yum! Brands, as well as Program Manager for Fulbright Belgium. Ali holds a Master of International Business from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Western Kentucky University.
