Chelsea Petrie

Chelsea Petrie is an experienced leader in talent development and organizational design, currently serving as the Director of People Services at Neiman Marcus Group since November 2020. Petrie has a proven track record of enhancing employee experience and aligning talent strategies with business objectives, demonstrated through roles such as Sr. Manager of Talent Development & Succession Planning at Neiman Marcus Group and various positions at OutMatch HCM, where solutions for talent challenges were effectively implemented. Chelsea's prior experience includes driving HR process efficiencies at Calumet Specialty Products Partners and CITGO Petroleum, along with managing HR projects at NCH Corporation. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Southern Methodist University and a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The University of Texas at Arlington.
