Geoffroy van Raemdonck, a native of Brussels, is Chief Executive Officer of luxury retail brand Neiman Marcus Group (NMG). Appointed in February 2018, Geoffroy has been propelling the company forward, fostering a business model that is thorough, conscientious, and results-driven. His focus on creativity, collaborative thinking, and positive team culture is a constant catalyst for the company’s growth and development. He has integrated the brand across retail, remote, and digital commerce; he has put the business on the path of progressive growth. Under his leadership, NMG has become a company of digital distinction that offers unique customer service that is growing around the globe.

Geoffroy has introduced Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards throughout NMG and has implemented company protocol on the basis of acceptance and inclusion. One of Geoffroy’s first initiatives at NMG was the management of MyTheresa, which ultimately doubled its revenue and had a successful IPO. In 2020, Geoffroy was the guiding executive overseeing NMG’s corporate reorganization and debt-reduction.

Geoffroy is passionate about luxury fashion and its artistic and beauty values. This enthusiasm has been the foundation of his successful career in European and American luxury brands including Ralph Lauren and Louis Vuitton. He once served as the Chief Executive Officer of St. John Knits, and has advised The Boston Consulting Group, a consumer and brand-driven company.

Geoffroy graduated summa cum laude from the Université Catholique de Louvain in Belgium. He has a master’s in business and sciences as well as an MBA from the University of Chicago.
