Leigh Poetzsch

Leigh Poetzsch is a seasoned retail professional with extensive experience in performance management and growth initiatives. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Performance & Growth Initiatives at Neiman Marcus Group since May 2022, Leigh has also held various roles within the company, including Manager of Performance & Growth Initiatives and Manager of Merchandise Strategy & Insights. Prior to this, Leigh worked as a Buyer for Direct to Consumer Omni at Veronica Beard and as Assistant Planner at Saks Fifth Avenue, where responsibilities included managing men's luxury collections and beauty products. Leigh began a career in retail as an Assistant Buyer at Lord + Taylor and holds a degree from Washington and Lee University, completed in May 2018.
