Ronobroto Dutta

Ronobroto Dutta has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ronobroto is currently a Co-Founder of Neki since October 2020. Previously, they held the position of SVP | CIO | Head of Digital Transformation at DolEx Dollar Express, Inc. from March 2021 to February 2023.

Ronobroto also worked at TD, where they served as VP - Head of Engineering, US Wealth Management from 2018 to 2021. In addition, they co-founded Rushmore Networks, a two-sided social platform for political activism, from 2018 to 2019.

Prior to that, Ronobroto held various roles at Western Union, including Director, Product Engineering & Innovation from 2014 to 2018, Director, Money Transfer Solutions Engineering from 2012 to 2014, IT Manager, Bill Payments Platform from 2008 to 2012, Sr. Application Architect, Payments from 2005 to 2008, and Application Architect, Payments from 2004 to 2005.

Before joining Western Union, Ronobroto worked as a Consultant at NEWAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. in 2003 and as a Business Development Manager and IT Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services from 1998 to 2003, where they started their career as a systems developer and took responsibility for complex systems processes.

Ronobroto Dutta completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology between 1994 and 1998. Ronobroto then pursued further education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree between 2017 and 2019. During the same period at MIT, they also completed a Certificate in Business Analytics.
