Philip Lam

Philip Lam, PMP has over 17 years of work experience in various IT roles. Philip is currently the Director of IT Applications at Nektar Therapeutics, where they manage and supports business applications and infrastructure. Philip also serves as the project manager and IT lead for corporate business systems, responsible for implementing and managing SDLC, GxP, and SOX processes.

Prior to their current role, Philip worked at Nektar Therapeutics as the ERP Applications Manager from 2008 to 2017. Before that, they were a Project Manager for ERP Applications at Novonordisk Inc. from 2006 to 2008. Philip also served as the Manager of Systems & Applications at Aradigm Corp from 2001 to 2006.

Throughout their career, Philip has demonstrated a strong understanding of IT project management, application management, and change management.

Philip Lam, PMP has a strong educational background in both Information Technology and Finance. Philip obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from UMass Boston, where they studied from 1983 to 1987. Later, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Information Technology from Golden Gate University, completing their studies in 2007.
