Bill Kraft

Bill Kraft has extensive work experience in the field of IT and system support.

Bill is currently working as a Sr Lab Systems Analyst at Nektar Therapeutics since March 2021, where they provide support and administration for laboratory systems. Prior to this role, from June 2019 to March 2021, they served as a Staff Desktop Systems Administrator at the same company.

Before joining Nektar Therapeutics, Bill worked as a Senior Desktop Support Analyst at Guidewire Software from May 2018 to June 2019, where they provided technical support for desktop systems.

From May 2015 to February 2018, they worked as a Systems Support Specialist III at Intarcia Therapeutics, Inc., where they were responsible for end-user services and lab systems support. Bill also managed the helpdesk ticketing system.

From 2000 to 2006, they worked at PepsiCo as an IT Analyst, deploying new technologies and providing desktop support for a user base of 100+. Additionally, they took on a role as a Finance Analyst during their time at PepsiCo.

Bill began their career at Pacific Stock Exchange as a Network Admin I and later worked as a Network Administrator from 1998 to 1999.

Throughout their career, Bill has demonstrated expertise in IT support, system administration, troubleshooting, and deployment of new technologies.
