Hilde Wildhagen

Hilde Wildhagen has a diverse work experience in various roles within different companies. Hilde is currently working at Nel Hydrogen as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition since March 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Nel Hydrogen from December 2022 to March 2023. Before joining Nel Hydrogen, Hilde worked at ISCO Group as a Senior Research Manager from March 2021 to April 2022. Prior to that, they took a break from their career as an expat spouse and went on maternity leave, living in Santiago de Chile from August 2017 to April 2020. Hilde also has experience at ISCO Group AS, where they served as the Head of Research from December 2011 to June 2017 and earlier, as a Research Manager from August 2011 to December 2011. Hilde started their career at Mercuri Urval as a Recruitment Specialist from October 2008 to July 2011, and before that, they worked at Lumesse as a Delivery Manager from May 2006 to October 2008 and as a Training & Support Consultant from May 2005 to April 2006. Hilde's early career includes a role as a Consultant in Media Monitoring & Analysis at Infopaq from November 2003 to April 2005.

Hilde Wildhagen began their education at Oslo Katedralskole, where they completed their Videregående skole studies from 1995 to 1998. Following that, they attended the University of Oslo (UiO) from 1998 to 1999, where they pursued Examen Facultatum / Examen Philosophicum. Hilde then continued their education at UiO, majoring in Social Psychology from 1999 to 2001. Finally, Hilde attended the University of Kent from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Relations & Human Resource Management.
