Lasse Dejgaard Dam

Lasse Dejgaard Dam has a diverse work experience that spans several companies and roles. Lasse Dejgaard started their career as an Electrician at Systek-Skræddergaard el & automation A/S, where they worked for three years and took on major responsibilities such as installing the Building Management System for a museum and managing the electrical installation of a company's administration building.

Lasse Dejgaard then worked as an Electrician for a short period at Siemens Wind Power. After that, they transitioned to Siemens Gamesa, where they started as a Quality Engineer, focusing on identifying and preventing issues through data analysis and investigative work. Lasse Dejgaard later became a Technical Project Manager, overseeing cross-functional projects.

Currently, Lasse is working at Nel Hydrogen as the Director of the EU Project department and Senior Project Manager. Previously, they served as a Project Manager.

Lasse Dejgaard Dam completed their Bachelor of Technology Management and Marine engineering degree at the Aarhus School of Marine and Technical Engineering from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended Herning Tekniske skole from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a degree in Electrician with a focus on Light- and energy.

In addition to their formal education, Lasse has obtained various certifications. In December 2016, they received the PRINCE2 Practitioner certificate in Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice. In October 2016, they obtained the GWO First Aid certification from Siemens Wind Power A/S. Furthermore, in June 2015, they obtained several certifications from the Aarhus Maskinmesterskole / Aarhus School of Marine and Technical Engineering, including: Certificate of Security Awareness training, Certificate of Training in Advanced Fire Fighting for Ship's Officers, Certificate of basic safety training, Certificate of proficiency for basic training for oil-, chemical and gastanker operations, Certificate of proficiency for designated security duties, and Certificate of proficiency for medical first aid. Lasse Dejgaard also holds the PRINCE2 Foundation certificate in Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
