Lasse Dejgaard Dam has a diverse work experience that spans several companies and roles. Lasse Dejgaard started their career as an Electrician at Systek-Skræddergaard el & automation A/S, where they worked for three years and took on major responsibilities such as installing the Building Management System for a museum and managing the electrical installation of a company's administration building.

Lasse Dejgaard then worked as an Electrician for a short period at Siemens Wind Power. After that, they transitioned to Siemens Gamesa, where they started as a Quality Engineer, focusing on identifying and preventing issues through data analysis and investigative work. Lasse Dejgaard later became a Technical Project Manager, overseeing cross-functional projects.

Lasse Dejgaard also holds the PRINCE2 Foundation certificate in Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
