David McMurtrie

David McMurtrie is an experienced tooling manager currently at Nelipak Healthcare Packaging since 2020, overseeing the machining and fabrication of thermoform molds across multiple facilities and demonstrating expertise in Mastercam programming and design. Prior experience includes serving as the Technical Lead in the Engineering Lab at Victaulic from 2002 to April 2020, where responsibilities included managing the machine shop, collaborating on new product development designs, and training new employees in safety protocols. Previously, David worked as a Modelmaker and Lead Toolmaker in various roles, including CNC machining for prototypes and injection mold design. David's foundational education includes studies at Bethlehem Area Vocational-Technical School and Northampton Community College.
