Currently serving as a People Development Consultant at EHM Co. since July 2016, Emily focuses on creating sustainable learning experiences for various organizations and individuals. As the Founder and CEO of Nellie Labs, Emily leads initiatives aimed at transforming human relationships. Additionally, as a Social Healing Practitioner at The Eighth House, Emily innovates approaches to social and emotional wellbeing through mindful coaching and community healing. Previous roles include Head of People + Research at Resource, Organizational Design Strategist at Gensler, and various freelance positions in brand strategy and design education. Emily holds a Master of City Planning in Design Strategy & Research from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History with a pre-med focus from Northwestern University.
