Annette Church

Annette Church, CF APMP, has a strong background in proposal management and business development. Annette is currently working at Nelson Enterprise Technology Services (NETS) as the Director of Proposals and Business Development, where they focus on generating growth by writing compelling proposals and developing strategic partnerships. Prior to this, Annette held the role of Proposal Manager at Core4ce, Noblis, and The Building People. Annette also worked as a Proposal Coordinator and Writer at MSAG and as a Retail Merchandiser at Hallmark Cards. Earlier in their career, Annette worked as a Teacher and Para-Educator at Greensville County Public Schools.

Annette Church, CF APMP, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Data Analytics from Longwood University, obtained between the years 2022 and 2024. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History and English at Newman University in 2003. In 2010-2012, they pursued a Master of Teaching (MaT) degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Liberty University, with 30 of 36 required hours completed. Annette also briefly attended Virginia Tech in 1998-1999, studying English Language and Literature, but did not obtain a degree. In addition to their academic achievements, they have obtained various certifications, including CF APMP from APMP in 2019 and certifications in Salesforce, networking, proposal management, and various Microsoft Word applications.
