Marlene Reyes

Marlene Reyes currently serves as the Supply Chain Continuity Leader at Nelson Global Products since May 2021. Previously, Marlene held several roles at Regal Beloit Corporation from April 2017 to May 2021, including Purchasing Commodity Manager, where responsibilities included managing direct and indirect material procurement for two plants and analyzing supply requirements. Positions also included Commodity Buyer II, Supply Chain Project Manager, Manufacturing Engineer within the Regal Development Program, Continuous Improvement Specialist, and Production Supervisor. Additional experience includes roles at LEGO Group from October 2014 to April 2017, and positions at Nasoft USA as IT Project Leader and Citi as Testing Analyst. Marlene Reyes earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Administration from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León and a Master’s degree in Finance from Universidad Tecmilenio.
