Stephanie Thoo

Stephanie Thoo serves as the General Manager of Innovation & Sustainability at Pro-Pac Packaging (Aust) Pty Ltd, where responsibility includes embedding innovation and sustainability into the company's culture and processes. With extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations, Stephanie has been instrumental in driving innovation initiatives, including a strategic program across multiple business divisions at Pro-Pac to meet the packaging industry's 2025 targets. In addition to current roles, including committee member positions and advisory council work, earlier experiences include co-founding HerdCoworking, leading innovation efforts at RMIT University, and serving as Innovation and Business Model Lead at Oxfam Australia. Stephanie holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School and a Bachelor of Health Science from the University of Adelaide.
