Genelle Holton had a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Genelle started their career in 2007 as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator at BDM Grange Ltd, where they worked on sales analysis, PR sheets, and customer inquiries. Genelle later became a Brand Associate, where they managed the 'Gift with Purchase' program and contributed to a 10% increase in sales. In 2008, they were promoted to Brand Manager and set the brand strategy for Clarins New Zealand, focusing on promotional activities and SKU efficiency. In 2010, they joined Hasbro as a Brand Manager and then moved to LEGO Group in 2013, where they held positions as a Brand Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, and Senior Digital Marketing Manager. At LEGO, they were responsible for driving digital strategy, innovation, and collaboration. In 2018, they joined Nelsons as the Global Digital Marketing Manager and was later promoted to the role of Global Head of Digital Marketing, where they built a talented team and developed global digital strategies.
Genelle Holton has a Bachelor of Business degree with majors in Advertising and Marketing from Auckland University of Technology. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General from the same institution.
