Joseph A. Pobiner, FAICP, CNU-A is currently the Vice President and Regional Practice Leader for Urban Design + Planning services at NELSON Worldwide. Previously, Joseph A. held leadership positions at Perkins Eastman, Stantec, Gensler, JPC International, Atkins Global, HKS, PGAL, and HOK, where Joseph A. oversaw various urban design and planning projects both nationally and internationally. Joseph A. holds a Master of City & Regional Planning and a Bachelor of Arts from The Ohio State University.
