Rob MacKay

Rob Mackay, with a Ph.D. in Materials Engineering from the University of Windsor, has extensive experience in the metallurgical industry. Rob currently serves as the Principal Metallurgist at Nemak Global Operations and also manages the Metallurgical Laboratory within the Nemak US/CAN Business Unit. Throughout their career, Rob has held various leadership positions, including Chairperson of the Detroit-Windsor Chapter of the American Foundry Society. Rob has also worked on research and development projects as a Senior Research Casting Engineer and has a background in geophysics and theoretical physics.
