Jesper Froekjaer

Jesper Froekjaer has extensive experience in financial leadership and operations roles. Jesper is currently the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at NEMO Equipment since April 2021. Before that, they worked at Next Level Now, Inc. as the Interim CFO for NEMO EQUIPMENT Inc. from August 2020 to April 2021.

Prior to these roles, Jesper was the CFO/COO at Coldwater Creek from February 2019 to March 2020. There, they directed finance, financial planning & analysis, consumer service, distribution, and IT. Jesper was also a member of the executive team, overseeing a direct-to-consumer apparel company and creating annual savings through distribution center optimization.

From October 2011 to June 2018, Jesper served as the CFO of ECCO USA, Inc. Jesper directed finance, credit, financial planning & analysis, customer & consumer service, purchasing/demand planning, warehouse/distribution, import/export, and IT. Jesper negotiated significant annual savings through meetings with US government agencies on import duties and corporate tax.

Prior to this, Jesper worked at ECCO Shoes International AG as the Managing Director of the apparel and accessory division from April 2009 to October 2011. During their tenure, they increased EBITDA by 300% through streamlined product offerings, inventory management, and vendor negotiation.

Jesper also held various roles at ECCO Shoes Canada Inc., including Finance and Logistics Manager, Financial and Administration Manager, Sr. Business Analyst, SAP Administrator, Operational Administrator, and Controller. Jesper was responsible for finance, logistics, customer service, warehousing, IT, and general employee management from 1998 to 2009.

Before their time at ECCO, Jesper was a Graduate Teaching Assistant/Research Assistant at Emporia State University from January 1996 to January 1998. Jesper also worked as an Assistant Accountant at KPMG - Esbjerg Denmark from 1992 to 1996.

Jesper Froekjaer completed their Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting at Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark from 1992 to 1996. Jesper then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration at Emporia State University, which they accomplished from 1996 to 1998.
