Mark Thibadeau has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mark currently serves as the Director of Design at NEMO Equipment since January 2021. Prior to this role, they worked at Thule Group from 2014 to 2020, where they held multiple positions including Design Director for Packs, Bags, and Luggage. In this role, Mark was responsible for creative direction, inspiring and managing design staff, fostering leadership, and overseeing the management of people, process, and department. Before joining Thule Group, Mark worked at Gregory Packs from 2004 to 2014. As a Product Designer, they closely collaborated with the Product Line Manager, created product briefs, and ensured the development of innovative and aesthetically appealing products in the technical outdoor market. Mark also maintained a high-functioning prototype lab and supervised a team of junior designers.
Mark started their career as a Graphic Designer at the Center for Assistive Technology and Environmental Access (CATEA) in 2003. Prior to that, they gained retail experience as a Sales Associate at REI from 1998 to 2004.

Mark Thibadeau obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial and Product Design from Georgia Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2000 to 2004.
