Ashwini Gillen serves as the Head of Sales for the West at Neo4j since November 2023. As a co-founder and board member of the BRITE Scholarship Program, which has been active since January 2009, Ashwini has worked to enhance educational opportunities for students at Half Moon Bay High School. Previously, Ashwini held the position of Head of North America Sales at Watershed and advanced through various sales roles at Twilio from 2017 to 2022, earning multiple Sales Club awards and the Key Contributor Award. Ashwini's experience also includes serving as a Senior Strategic Account Executive at Akamai Technologies, Software Client Leader at IBM, and Director of Wireless Communication Initiatives at Joint Venture: Silicon Valley Network. Ashwini began a career at IBM in 2000 as a Software Sales Specialist, achieving numerous awards for outstanding performance. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Public Policy, Technology from UCLA, an M.Sc. in Computing Science from Dalhousie University, and a BE in Computer Engineering from Pune Institute of Computer Technology.
