Paula Pi

Paula Pi currently serves as the Head of Marketing & Communications for Latin America at Neo4j since February 2022. Prior to this role, Paula was an entrepreneur at Estudioface, focusing on sales and marketing strategy and team management from October 2019 to October 2022. Paula's extensive experience in digital marketing includes positions at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from September 2014 to April 2019, where roles included Senior Digital Marketing Manager for LATAM and Content Marketing Strategist. Additional experience includes a marketing management role at dunnhumby and digital marketing management at 6colors GmbH. Paula's earlier career features positions in marketing coordination at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, DHL, and Amsterdam Sauer, along with an assistant director role at Morya São Paulo. Paula holds an M.A. in Technology Marketing and Innovation from Technische Universität Ilmenau and diplomas in Film & Media Studies and Communications from Universidade Federal Fluminense and Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, respectively.
