Samantha Byrnes has a wealth of experience in talent acquisition and recruiting, having held various roles at different companies over the years. Samantha currently serves as the GVP of Global Talent at Neo4j, where Samantha oversees talent acquisition, employer branding, people/talent operations, and people analytics. Prior to Neo4j, Samantha held positions at Wayfair and Chase Technology Consultants, LLC. Samantha obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
