Stefan Hagman

Stefan Hagman is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at Neo4j since April 2022, Stefan previously held key positions including CEO at Truesec Development AB, General Manager at TrueSec, and Senior Consultant at Capgemini. Earlier roles also include Sub-unit Manager at Ikano Bank SE, Project Manager at Tedkompile, and Head of Java Development at Wayfinder Systems. Stefan's career began at Sony Ericsson, where multiple roles over nearly a decade included Head of Project Software Architecture and Software Architect. Stefan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Jönköping University, following earlier studies at Karlstad University.
