Henrique Hypólito

Henrique Hypólito has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Henrique started their career as an Engineering Intern at PSPLab/SimuCAD in 2009 and later worked as an Engineering Intern at ZF Group in 2010. Hypólito then joined Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Consulting Intern in 2012, before becoming an Associate, Senior Associate, and eventually a Consultant at the same company from 2013 to 2017.

In 2018, Hypólito worked as an MBA Intern at Magic Leap, where they supported projects related to goal-setting strategy, sales analytics, sentiment survey interpretation, and statistical analysis. Henrique then pursued an MBA at The Wharton School from 2017 to 2019. After completing their degree, Hypólito joined BCG again as a Consultant and later as a Manager (Project Leader) from 2019 to 2020.

In 2020, they transitioned to H.I.G. Capital as a Private Equity Senior Associate until 2023. Currently, Hypólito serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at NeoAssist.com S/A, a Customer Support SaaS company. In this role, they are responsible for the company's financial discipline and sustainability.

Prior to that, they studied Industrial Engineering at UFSCar - Alumni, focusing on Entrepreneurship and Plant Layout Design.
