Teddy Wafula

Teddy Wafula has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Teddy began their career at WPP-Scangroup in 2013 as a Back End Developer, where they successfully led a team in an agile project and utilized collaborative tools like Jira and git. In 2018, they joined Safaricom PLC as a Software Engineer, where they contributed to increased customer retention, improved checkout processes, and reduced server response time. Teddy then worked remotely as a Software Engineer in 2022 before joining AppCake as a Back End Developer, where they focused on backend development using Symfony 5.4 and PHP 8. Currently, they work at NEOBRAIN as a Software Engineer.

Teddy Wafula holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Eldoret. In addition to their degree, they have obtained multiple certifications such as Blockchain Basics, Building Serverless Apps on AWS, Learning GraphQL, Learning React.js, and React: Building Progressive Web Apps (PWAs). These certifications were acquired in March 2020 from LinkedIn.
