Allison (Butler) Sorensen

Allison (Butler) Sorensen has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources. Allison began their career in 2010 as an Executive Team Leader of Human Resources at Target. In 2014, they joined ADP as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. In 2018, they were promoted to Director of Human Resources & Chief of Staff at Autoscribe Corporation. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed as the Director of Human Resources at Neocis Inc. where they are responsible for developing the world's first and only FDA cleared Robotic device for dental surgery.

Allison (Butler) Sorensen holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University, which they obtained between 2013 and 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Miami between 2006 and 2010. Additionally, they hold two certifications: a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM, obtained in April 2015, and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, obtained in December 2014.
