Brent Tyner has had a diverse career, beginning in 2011 when they provided assistance to coastal biology researchers at the University of North Florida on juvenile scalped hammerhead pupping grounds. In 2012, they interned at PSS/McKesson, where they evaluated and loaded contracts through SAP software. In 2013, they became a Contract Analyst at McKesson, where they analyzed processes and loaded contracts through McKesson/PSS JD Edwards, Prologic and SAP software, and implemented process improvements for two high volume suppliers. In 2016, they became an Investment Specialist at Merill Lynch, where they analyzed and interpreted 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K financial reporting of multiple fortune 500 companies and obtained Series 7, Series 63. In 2017, they returned to McKesson as a Senior Government Performance Analyst, where they created and implemented visually impactful Power BI dashboards for executive leadership teams & field sales reps, and used Python, SQL, PBI and power automate to create more efficient reporting processes for the government sales team and leaders. Brent also served as a Government & Lab Sales Performance Analyst and a Strategic Account Analyst, managing reporting analysis for several high value strategic accounts while communicating with other analysts to ensure business efficiency. In 2022, they became the Manager of Analytics and Operations at Neocis.

Brent Tyner obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biology from the University of North Florida in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Biology, General from Florida State College at Jacksonville. In 2018, they obtained a LEAN Six Sigma Yellowbelt certification from McKesson.
