Wendi Rudholm is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience across multiple industries, currently serving as the Director of HR Operations for The Americas at Neogen Corporation since 2024. Previously, Wendi held significant roles, including Director of Human Resources at Coastal Group, overseeing HR for major organizations and fostering engagement and accountability. Wendi's strategic partnership with operations leadership at Knoll, SpartanNash-Plumb's Stores, and Ulta Beauty involved developing initiatives in organizational change, career pathing, and talent management.
