Jinny Kim, MA, PMP

Jinny Kim, MA, PMP, serves as PMO Manager at NEOGOV since April 2021, where strategic vision and alignment with company goals are prioritized while managing and mentoring a team of eight project managers. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager and Team Lead, where collaborative process enhancements were overseen, and Project Manager, focusing on customer onboarding within a SaaS implementation department. Jinny's experience encompasses event management for high-profile golf tournaments at WME | IMG, project and product management at CiviCore, and a key role in the 2018 Olympic & Paralympic Winter Games. Additional leadership includes directing communications and strategic development for the ASIAN PACIFIC DEVELOPMENT CENTER and serving as Partner/CEO at Luteworks USA LLC. Jinny holds dual Master's degrees in International and Intercultural Communication.
