Pamela Kubiak

Pamela Kubiak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and customer success, currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Management at NEOGOV since July 2011. Pamela has led the development of new product features and overseen multiple product roadmaps while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and upper management. Prior to NEOGOV, Pamela held roles at HR Cloud as Product Manager/Customer Support Manager, and at Alta Colleges Inc. as Senior Admissions Representative and Certified Training Specialist. Pamela's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Eastern Michigan University, an MBA from Westwood College, and an Associate of Science from Washtenaw Community College.
