William Jagroop

William Jagroop is a data integration EDI engineer at NEOGOV, specializing in the migration of employee data from clients' previous HRIS systems to NEOGOV's database and working directly with clients during the implementation of Payroll and Time & Attendance modules. Prior experience includes roles as an application support data analyst at Calero-MDSL, where William conducted product analysis for Telecom Expense Management Software and provided comprehensive database support, and as a data analyst intern at the NYC Department of Information Technology & Telecommunications, focusing on project dashboards and data visualizations. Additionally, William gained experience as a cyber security threat prevention intern at iQ4. William holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Queens College and an Advanced Regents Diploma from Forest Hills High School.
