Sheila Gonzales has a diverse work experience. Sheila first started their career in 2006 at Real Mex Restaurants/Chevys Fresh Mex as an Office Manager, where they worked until 2010. Sheila then joined Pasta Pomodoro, Inc. as an HR Administrator from 2010 to 2011. Following this, they returned to Real Mex Restaurants/Chevys Fresh Mex as a Marketing Manager from 2011 to 2012.

In 2013, Sheila joined NeoLife International as a Marketing Manager and worked in that role until 2016. Sheila was then promoted to Marketing Director and HR Manager and held that position until January 2023. Most recently, they assumed the role of VP of Human Resources at NeoLife International.

Throughout their career, Sheila has demonstrated their expertise in various areas such as office management, human resources, and marketing.

Sheila Gonzales earned their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Business Administration from California State University - East Bay. Sheila attended the university from 2001 to 2004.
