Yael Bannister

Yael Bannister is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in HR service delivery across various sectors. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Tunstall Healthcare (UK) since May 2017, Yael previously held the role of HR Advisor at East Riding of Yorkshire Council from October 2016 to April 2017. Prior to this, valuable experience was gained as an HR Generalist at Smith & Nephew Medical Ltd from November 2005 to February 2016. Yael's expertise includes managing training and development activities, collaborating with line management to assess training needs, and enhancing performance within teams. Academic qualifications include a Postgraduate degree in HRM from Hull Business College and an International MBA from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce Et de Management - ESCEM and the University of Leicester.
