Katrina Holmvik-Duke began their career in 2018 as a Patient Marketing Intern at Exact Sciences. In 2019, they moved to Kelly Services as an Imaging Inside Sales Account Manager at GE Healthcare. In 2020, they joined GE Healthcare as a Maternal Infant Care Product Sales Specialist and a Commercial Leadership Program. In 2023, they joined NeoLight, LLC as a District Sales Manager - North Central, selling empathy driven innovation, focused on the tiniest patients. Her product portfolio includes the Skylife Phototherapy System, the Phoenix ICON, and the PAL (Pacifier Activated Lullaby).

Katrina Holmvik-Duke obtained their Bachelor of Science in Biology, General from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2019. In November 2021, they obtained a certification in Managing Generation Z from LinkedIn.
