Jennifer Watkins

Jennifer Watkins is a Chartered MCIPD professional with a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and extensive experience in human resources across various sectors. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at NEOM University, Jennifer focuses on fostering a high-performing culture by promoting employee engagement, NEOM values, and diversity, inclusion, and belonging. Previously, Jennifer held significant roles at GEOTAB as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and at SRLV as an HR Advisor, supporting employees across diverse organizational environments. Additional experience includes HR coordination and administration for leading firms such as Gensler and Bridgend County Borough Council.
