Lien Bailey

Lien Bailey is an accomplished professional specializing in data management and analytics. Currently serving as Director of Data Management & Reporting for Operational Readiness at NEOM since January 2024, Lien previously held the position of Chief Data Officer at IPO UK from June 2021 to December 2023. As a Founding Member of Chief in the UK, Lien contributed to empowering women executives. Prior experience includes roles as Consultant at Project One, Analytics Strategy & Portfolio Lead for Test & Trace at the Department of Health and Social Care, and Principal Consultant at VIQTOR DAVIS UK. Notably, Lien has held leadership roles such as Head of Data Services at HSBC and Associate Director at Cognizant, with a strong foundation in enterprise information management and data strategy. Lien holds a BSc Hons in Computer Information Systems Design from Kingston University.
