Kevin Dare Smith has worked for five different companies since 2013. Kevin Dare began their career with HEB as a Customer Service Representative in 2013. In 2015, they joined THE PIADA GROUP as a Shift Lead. Kevin Dare then moved to Uber in 2016, where they worked as a Greenlight Expert. In 2020, they joined Bill.com as a Customer Success Advocate III, providing exceptional support to customers over chat, email, and phone regarding payments, product problems, and general client concerns. Kevin Dare also troubleshooted website platform issues as well as API integrations. Currently, they are a Neon Pay Lead Support Specialist for Neon One since 2022.

Kevin Dare Smith graduated from Waltrip Highschool in 2015 with a Diploma. In 2018, they obtained a certification in Psychological First Aid from the National Child Traumatic Stress Network. In 2017, they obtained a certification from Twitter's Twitter Agency Flight School. Lastly, in 2022, they obtained a certification from Codecademy's Learn JavaScript Course.
