Harish Belavadi

Harish Belavadi has a diverse work experience in the software development and blockchain technology fields. Harish is currently the Head of Payments Infrastructure at Neonomics, where they oversee both onshore and offshore operations. Prior to this role, they worked as a Principal Software Engineer and Technical Lead in the field of PSD2 - Open Banking at Neonomics. Harish also served as a Senior Consultant for PSD2 - Open Banking at the same company.

Before joining Neonomics, Harish worked as a Blockchain Consultant at Innovate UK, where they guided divestiture activities and developed flowcharts and diagrams to describe operational steps. Harish also documented procedures and business processes.

Harish gained experience as a Blockchain Developer at Finterra, where they conducted client assessments, supported the director of the blockchain, and developed precompiled contracts for the Gallactic Blockchain.

Harish has also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad, where they designed, developed, and tested software applications for the insurance industry.

Earlier in their career, they held the role of Module Lead at Verifone and Software Consultant at EE, where they contributed to software engineering in product development and customization. Harish excelled in rapid application development and received high customer satisfaction ratings.

Harish started their career as a Software Engineer at Torry Harris Business Solutions, where they wrote maintainable and extensible code, modified existing software, and prepared detailed project reports.

Harish Belavadi obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and communication from Visvesvaraya Technological University. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications in the field of blockchain technology and management. Harish Belavadi became a Corda Certified Developer through R3 in April 2020. Harish also obtained a Hyperledger-Fabric Blockchain Certification from B9lab in March 2020. Furthermore, Harish Belavadi earned a CMI Level 5 in Management and Leadership from Ashorne Hill in November 2019.
