Vu Duy Pham has extensive work experience in the risk and quantitative analysis field. Vu Duy currently holds the position of Chief Risk & Compliance Officer (CRCO) at Neonomics, where they oversee risk and compliance functions. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Risk at Neonomics and as a Senior Manager at KPMG Norway. Vu Duy also worked as a Senior Quantitative Risk Management Analyst at Nasdaq and as a Quantitative Analyst at Torvald Klaveness. Earlier in their career, they worked at Nasdaq as a Risk Manager and at IctusOne as a Quantitative Analyst, where they developed and maintained trading strategies. Vu Duy Pham also gained experience as a Summer Intern at Statkraft, where they conducted research and analysis on the Vietnamese economy and energy market. Vu Duy began their career as an Intern at Maxus Media & Software.

Vu Duy Pham's education history begins in 2007 when they enrolled at the University of Oslo (UiO) to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Economics, with a focus on Mathematical Finance. Vu Duy completed this degree in 2010. In the same year, they also participated in The Norwegian Entrepreneurship programme (Gründeråkolen) at the National University of Singapore, where they studied Entrepreneurship. Additionally, Pham completed a Master of Science degree in Modeling and Data Analysis, with a specialization in Mathematical Finance, at the University of Oslo from 2010 to 2012.
