Previous experience includes roles such as Digital Project Coordinator and Web Admin Student Assistant at Michigan State Housing Development Authority, where Joel ensured website accessibility compliance. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Business in E-Business and Web Development from Lansing Community College and specialized training in User Experience and Interaction Design from the Interaction Design Foundation.
