Silvia Ruscitto has extensive experience in marketing, communication, and customer care within the aviation sector. Currently serving in Internal Communication and Recruiting roles at Neos SpA since June 2023, Silvia previously held significant positions at Alba Star Airlines from May 2016 to April 2023 as Marketing & Social Media / Customer Care Manager, overseeing customer relations and brand promotion for the airline. At New Livingston SpA from February 2012 to March 2016, Silvia managed marketing, communication, and customer care, leading initiatives aligned with corporate values and commercial strategies.
